2016 was a significant and an eventful year for Every Angle. We have continued to grow our customer base, staff size and have since moved to an environment that could grow along with us. In February, our headquarters was moved to a new, larger office in Gouda - which so happened to be the building next door! We consider our new office as the perfect place to further professionalize and grow our organization in Product Development, Support, Marketing, Sales and Consultancy.
2016 was also the year that, after four years of development, we proudly announced the worldwide availability of Every Angle R2016; a transformational upgrade to our unique business self-service analytics software solution for companies that use SAP. This new version greatly increases the scope, power, flexibility, security and ease-of-use that the product can deliver.
To further accelerate our growth, the European Investment Bank (EIB) has provided us with an InnovFin (EU Finance for Innovators program) loan facility of 7,5 million euro. This facility enables us to quickly scale up our operations in a highly competitive market and contributes to the creation of high skilled jobs for supporting the company’s global expansion plan.
Reflecting on another milestone, we were also delighted to finish 9th in the Main Software Top 50. This annual research judges independent, unlisted software companies on the following criteria: business growth, the previous years’ revenue and profitability figures, recurring revenue foreign revenue and partner revenue. This is the result of the hard work put in by everyone who works for Every Angle.
And last, but certainly not least, we held yet another fantastic customer day at the beautiful Castle De Schaffelaar. With over 150 attendees, the castle was certainly full! Inspiring presentations were given from Business Transformation Expert Sean Culey, DSM Nutritional Products, Cargill, Hitachi, Stahl, KPMG and Stedin. A full summary of the day is available here.
Our strategy for 2017
2017 promises to be even more eventful and ambitious. Our Product Development team will prioritize the development of R2017 and enhancing R2016. We will expand our Sales and Marketing resources, especially in the US, Germany and UK. Our Global Consulting team will ensure that Every Angle is truly embedded and the value for our customers is realized. To achieve all of the above, and to help realize our corporate goals, we will increase our employee headcount with around 25 FTE.
We could not have achieved this without the fantastic support of customers, partners, resellers and employees. I would like to grab this opportunity to thank you all for your support and loyalty throughout the year.
