Managed Appliance
The Every Angle Managed Appliance is a hardware / software / and support offering designed to provide you with a best of breed server-infrastructure while keeping your total cost of ownership low. The server is pre-installed / pre-configured, there is no capital expenditures for hardware, no people to train, and no need to allocate IT resources. The service level commitments are 99,6% up-time with 24 hour data recovery.
The offering includes a Dell rack mount server with storage, hardware support from Dell, and server support provided by Every Angle.

| Offering overview
The following product services are included:
- Using the data provided on the Technical Questionnaire, the Every Angle
team will specify the appropriate server size (CPU Cores, RAM, Hard Drive).
- Dell hardware (technical specifications below).
- The Every Angle server – preinstalled (Note: Pricing is exclusive of
Every Angle license fees).
- Fully managed by Every Angle, including the data load processes.
- The standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) is:
- 99,6% availability of services; - Maximum data recovery time: 24 hrs.
- Placement in your datacenter (by your IT or Hosting Partner) and your
datacenter will charge you only the physical hosting and energy cost.
- Hardware support by Dell (Mission critical support, 4Hr response).
- Monthly service report.
Conditions
The appliance is offered as a commercial contract for 3 years, including:
An additional hardware platform will be needed for each Every Angle environment (Production, QA, etc.).
Exclusions
The commercial contract excludes:
