Every Angle has developed a new module for SAP HR. This module provides users with quick and flexible access to a wide range of data from SAP HR. This includes both information for management for decision-making at a strategic level and personal information concerning employees.
Easy to generate summaries
If you want to use HR data to put together your own analyses and if you want to do this quickly and flexibly and perhaps even include charts, Every Angle now supports you. Every Angle makes all relevant SAP HR data available to you and makes it easy for you to create your own personalised reports. It is simple to generate overviews of operational HR data, such as employee data. And you can also create charts and matrixes to make your data more transparent. HR indicators and control numbers are easy to present.
Work with standard HR angles
By setting up a number of standard angles, it has become easy to present the most recent data on a regular bases without any extra effort. You can make a distinction between viewing users and power users, where power users can define the angles and viewing users can only view them.
Transparent HR data
Every Angle provides transparency from various perspectives:
HR indicators and control numbers, such as:
• Staff turnover numbers;
• Wage costs per department;
• Absence through illness per department.

Operational information, such as:
• What are the salary details of employees in a certain department?
• What leave entitlement hours have already been taken per employee per department?
• What agreements are in place as the due date approaches?
• All other data you decide to register in SAP HR.

Master data checks, such as:
• Are SAP users using the SAP system correctly?
• What is the quality of the data in the SAP system?
