Every Angle sponsors Dutch Kidney Foundation

On Sunday 1 March 2009 the 'Nierstichting Elfstedentocht' (ice skating for Dutch kidney foundation) took place in the Netherlands. Every Angle was one of the sponsors of this event. During the event 1,800 skating fans divided over eleven skating rinks in the Netherlands took part in a charity skating event for the 'Nierstichting'. They completed their sponsored rounds either individually or in teams. In total a sum of € 166,217 was raised.

Living with a kidney disease is often difficult and life-changing. For over 40 years the 'Nierstichting' has worked towards a better quality of life for kidney sufferers. The foundation does all it can to achieve early detection of the loss of kidney function and enable subsequent treatment. The 'Nierstichting' also finances research into the causes and treatment of kidney diseases.
