Live in one day

The automated customization and built-in SAP knowledge ensures Every Angle is live in one day and operational within a single week.

The implementation consists of the following steps:

  1. Project preparation
A project plan is drawn up following taking stock of the requirements and preferences and the IT landscape. The technical stock-taking is based on a brief questionnaire.
  2. Technical installation and acceptance test
The technical installation consists of installing the Windows server, placing the Every Angle function module in the Every Angle name space on the SAP system and establishing the connection between these two systems. This usually requires less than one day.
The one-day acceptance test is executed by an Every Angle consultant.
  3. Key user training
The key users are often staff from the various corporate processes and the IT department who use the Every Angle system most intensively. They are familiar with the corporate processes and the manner in which these are displayed in SAP and are, therefore, the right users to define the “Angles”. The training course for these users consists of two days of theoretical training and two days of “practical exercises”. The training course is generally carried out on the Every Angle system linked to the SAP system which is used during their everyday duties.
  4. Viewing-user training
Training the non-key users often requires less time, as there they are not required to know the structure of the system. This training course is often provided on site by the key user who created the Angle.
  5. Setting up the support organisation
The support organisation is set up in consultation with the key users. Every Angle Software Solutions bv is often asked to act as the second-line helpdesk, whereas the key users act as the first-line helpdesk.
