Pilot implementation
The power of your system will become visible daily once the Every Angle system is linked to your own SAP database. The Every Angle consultant will demonstrate the analyses during a short pilot project. You will be able to execute the analyses yourself following a short training session during an extensive pilot project.
Short 3 week pilot
The pilot implementation provides the opportunity to see the system running on your in-house SAP system. You can see the bottlenecks within your supply chain, the impact of your suppliers on your customer deliveries, the value of superfluous stock and the levels of contamination of your database.
During the three week pilot implementation, the system is linked to your SAP system and the Every Angle consultant executes a significant number of analyses. All we require from you is a small number of specialists from your organisation to provide a few hours of support regarding the interpretation of the company processes. The results are presented in a workshop.
Extended 3 moth pilot
The extended three month pilot is a more suitable option for those who do not want the analyses executed by an external consultant and prefer to manage the situation independently. During the extensive pilot implementation you will have the opportunity to experience the added value of Every Angle by personally working with it for three months. The pilot implementation is the most complete way to experience and evaluate the added value of Every Angle.
The one-day straightforward out-of-the-box system installation is followed by the acceptance test and the key user training course. These training sessions focus on a number of business questions formulated by the management. The course participants work with Every Angle based on data from their own SAP system during and after the course. The overviews and analyses they generate can be directly used for their work.
The overviews generated during the pilot implementation can be used to detect bottlenecks, chart stock surpluses or detect data contamination. Generating overviews of logistic performance and tracking their development is also easy. The positive effect of Every Angle on your KPIs is often obvious during the project.
The consultant will base the pilot implementation on the questions and requirements that play a role within your organisation. The consultant bases the implementation on your SAP system, your corporate processes and your issues.
It goes without saying that there are no obligations on your part following the completion of a pilot project. However, almost all pilot project customers decide to continue with the implementation of the system as users and management have become aware of the added value of the system for their own situation and the clear results provided by the system.
