Coats plc. needed to transform its supply chain. It used Every Angle to get insight on operational performance management level. Joe Dizazzo, VP Supply Chain Europe at Coats: "We had to centralize and to reduce the cost base. Every Angle was an enabler to achieve that." During the transformation Coats reduced the number of SKU's from 150.000 to half that offer. The delivery reliability improved from 85 percent to 97 percent.
